Planet Green Group is working with the Pinellas County Housing Finance Authority and City of Dunedin in developing these beautiful and affordable Net Zero Energy townhomes for the residents of Pinellas County.

These 2 story townhomes will be LEED certified Net Zero Energy homes with projected pricing starting as low as $5,000 down and $600 per month making these homes ultra-affordable. This project is part of the Planet Green Group’s “Home Town Heroes” program which focuses on providing affordable housing to our police officers, teachers, firefighters, nurses, veterans and other professionals alike.

Planet Green Group has formed a strategic partnership with General Electric to make these one of a kind townhomes part of the GE Ecomagination program. The Eco Village in Dunedin will be the first Net Zero Energy LEED certified Affordable townhome project in the world.
